One morning
Gillian: Wake up, Cindy.
Cindy: (yawned) what's the matter?
Gillian: We are late for school! That's the matter. Now, you get ready fast, while I wake up Charlene.
Cindy: Ok.
Gillian: (open Charlene's bedroom door) am I the only one who can wake up after hearing the alarm clock rings?!! Get up now, Charlene. It's late already.
Charlene: Huh? What time is it? (Reach out for her alarm clock) Wow! It’s seven thirty already! Why didn't you wake me up earlier?
Gillian: why didn't you wake up earlier then?
Cindy: I'm set now. Hey Charlene, why aren't you change yet?
Charlene: Going to, going to and right away.
At school
Charlene: we're lucky that we are not late for school.
Gillian: whose idea was it to watch TV until one o'clock in the morning?
Charlene: Well, it's a good show, right?
Cindy: Yeah, especially the part when hero saved the heroine from getting shot.
Charlene: And got shot himself. It's so touching.
Gillian: Cut the story.
Cindy: Oh yeah, I saw someone crying for the hero.....
Gillian: So what, you guys already admit that it was touching.
Alex: What are you girls talking about?
Gillian: None of your business.
Edison: ooooh, something secret.
Cindy: Cut it out.
Alex: Ok, ok, you know what, I heard that the new teacher who is filling in for Madam Cheng is coming in today.
Edison: Is it a he or a she. I bet the girls are praying for a very cute he.
Charlene: (punched Edison) No, we are not.
Edison: Ssshh, it's a she! Pretty disappointed eh, girls? Here she comes.
The whole class: Good morning, teacher.
Flora: Good morning, everyone. Now, as everyone here knows that Madam Cheng has been transferred to another school. Well, my name is Flora Chan and I’m taking over her job. You guys can call me Miss Chan or Flora after school hours.
Charlene: She's pretty.
Gillian: (nodded) Yeah.
Flora: Now, I’m gonna mark your attendance first. When I call your name you stand up and introduce a little of yourself.
(After A round of introduction)
Flora: Since today is the first day I’m teaching all of you. Why don't we play a game?
During Recess
Charlene: The new teacher is much much better than Madam Cheng is.
Gillian: Yeah, she's easy to get along with.
Cindy: Hey, you guys just knew her for one day, how can you guys give compliments straightaway like that.
Charlene: Don't you agree?
Cindy: I do, but not so confirm yet.
Gillian: You are just saying that because Madam Cheng uses to adore you.
Charlene: Yeah, but maybe Miss Chan will adore you even more, that will change your compliments about her.
Cindy: Well, I hope so. Who wouldn't like a teacher to adore him or her?
Edison: What are you girls talking about? The new teacher?
Cindy: Yes, wanna join?
Alex: Sure. Well, I think she will be a good teacher.
Gillian: see, Cindy.
Edison: What's wrong with her?
Charlene: She afraid that Miss Chan won't like her.
Alex: Don't worry, You are always the top of the class, which teacher doesn’t like you? Even the fierce Madam Yue likes you. I think you are the reason that she smiles while teaching us.
Edison: Yeah, someone from the class next door said that she throws the white board erasers to the ones who talk in class and smiles once in a blue moon.
Cindy: I might be good on studies but I'm a fool at sports.
Gillian: No, you are not!
Cindy: Remember the time when we were playing basketball and I throw in the wrong net.
Charlene: But that was a good throw and we still won the game.
Cindy: that's not it, I can't even run fast. I'm always the last one back to the finish line when we race.
Alex: You were not the last one. I remember there's someone behind you.
Cindy: Just one.
Gillian: Isn't it times to get back to class?
Alex: Oh, let's go.
(After school, back at home)
Gillian: Hey, can you two just stop watching TV and do your homework?
Cindy: We'll do it later. This show is good.
Gillian: Every show is good to the both of you.
Charlene: Gillian, give yourself a break. Come on the hero in this show is cute.
Gillian: Really? (Walks over to watch)
Charlene: (nudges Cindy and both of them laughs)

- Pretty, active, helpful and popular
-Likes watching TV and playing basketball
-Born in a rich family. Her father bought an apartment for her, Gillian and Cindy to live together.

Gillian Chung-Gillian Chung Yan Thung
-17 years old
-Cute, beautiful, attractive, caring and dreamy
-Likes playing basketball, surfing the Internet and looking at cute guys
-Her parents were migrated to Canada and her sister is working in Singapore. She lives with Charlene and Cindy.

Cindy Au- Stephy Tang Lei Yan
-17 years old
- Smart, pretty, kind hearted and hardworking
-Likes watching TV, reading, and things you can't imagine
-Both parents and brother migrated to Australia and because she's not happy living with her "works always comes first" parents so she decided to stay and live with Gillian and Charlene.

Alex Fong- Alex Fong Lik Sun
-17 years old
-An indoor person, likes playing computer games, enjoys dancing (but none of his friends knew that)
-Born in a perfectly normal & average family compared with the girls. His father is an engineer, mother is a housewife and his elder sister works in computer shop.

Edison Chen- Edison Chen Kun Hei
-17 years old
- Likes playing basketball (he's in the school team)
- The only son in a rich family (obviously his life is "rich" and no worries)

Shawn Yue- Shawn Yue Mun Lok
-17 years old
- Likes outdoor activities
- Was also born in an average family like Alex but he has a younger brother which is 14.
(He will appear later in the story)

Flora Chan-Flora Chan Wai San
- 26 years old
- Pretty, kind, caring, strict (a little), understanding and funny (sometimes)
-Enjoys outdoor and indoor activities

Monica Choi (Chan)- Monica Chan Fatt Yung
- 25 years old
- Smart, tall, good figure (a perfect lady), a little bossy
-Charlene's sister. Although she is always picking on Charlene but she still cares about her.
